Part 1 of the three part training course has successfully taken place in Ayub Medical College in Abbottabad Pakistan. The training team of Dr Derek Farrell, Dr Saleem Tareen and Mr Paul Keenan were there from 26th march to 1st April 2007 and worked with 23 Trainees. From the feedback obtained the training was very positively received and the Trainers were greatly impressed by the interest and commitment of all the participants. In addition computers were purchased and set up at Dept of Psychiatry Ayub Medical College and Abbas Medical Institute Muzaffarabad. This will enable the trainees to communicate with the training team in order to receive ongoing case supervision via email.
